Bonnie Brae Terrace is a great place for seniors to live independently. The rooms are nice, they include two meals a day, and they accommodate people with disabilities. They have an amazing team, and Makel (the adsistant manager) was extremely helpful and patient throughout the whole process. Everyone there so far seems really nice and helpful. They even have a social worker on site who helps connect seniors with all kinds of resources. I would definitely recommend this place for seniors. They even have movie nights!

I have recently moved into Bonnie Brea Terrace Apartments in Belmont! I have just relocated from Texas, so the long distance application process was more involved than most local applications! Makel Layton, the assistant manager here at Bonnie Brea, was extremely helpful to me, with me living in Texas and working with my son, who does live locally in San Mateo. Makelis very knowledgeable, polite And efficient in helping me get accepted into Bonnie Brea! I will be forever in his gratitude for all his help with the process of getting accepted here! I am very happy at Bonnie Brea, have met many wonderful people who reside here! I always look forward to his smile and a hello every time I visit or go past the front desk! Thank you again Makel, for making the process of being accepted at Bonnie Brea and becoming my new home ! PS.. being in a new environment I have had many questions Makel has been courteous and quick to answer my questions!

They have 3 bldgs for senior apartments. The main bldg.on the 4th floor had 26 rooms for asst.living seniors. That floor has it's own dining area and 24 hr staff on duty. They have daily activities for all the seniors, a nice library and large dining room. Bingo every Friday and once a month outings.
